1. How long will it take for my order to
arrive?
Standard shipping guarantees
products to arrive within 5 working days.
2. How
will I know if my order has been shipped?
Please send us a mail at
orders@silkbeddingandmore.com if you would like to be notified when your order
is shipped. Normally it should reach you
within 5 working days.
3. What
if I am not happy with the quality of the silk bedding?
We back our customer's
satisfaction 100%. If it is determined
that our customer is not 100% satisfied through circumstances directly related
to our production and fulfillment process, we can either replace or refund the
item in part or in its entirety depending upon the situation.
4. What
is your return policy?
Our goal is to ensure to that
you are 100% satisfied with our products, however, incase you are not happy
with the products received please email us at info@silkbeddingandmore.com
within 2 days of receiving the product.
Please include the following information: name, order number, phone number, and the best time
to reach you along with a detailed explanation of your complaint. We will immediately contact you within one
business day.
We require the original
merchandise received to be returned to us intact and in the original box. If
the merchandise has been opened or used then we are sorry we can't return your
products.
If your silk bedding arrives damaged, we will send a replacement or issue you a
full refund for the items (excluding shipping charges).
5. What is your cancellation policy?
A future ship order may be
cancelled the day before scheduled ship date.

what time do I need to place my order for same day delivery?
For same day delivery
your order needs to be place by 11am
PST.
7. What
if I accidently sent you the wrong address and want the package rerouted?
In the event you need to
reroute the package, please provide us with your order number, the old address,
and the new address the package should be rerouted to. We will contact the carrier and advise if
this is possible given the packages current status. A carrier imposed $12 reroute fee applies to
all rerouted packages. Please note:

The safest bet is to dry clean
your silk bedding however please read the instructions as many of our products
are machine wash.
