Returns:
 
Our goal is to ensure to that you are 100% satisfied with our products, however, incase you are not happy with the products received please email us at info@silkbeddingandmore.com within 2 days of receiving the product.  You will be mailed and authorization number and sent the address where the merchandise needs to be mailed.  Returned items will not be accepted without the authorization number and need to be mailed to a specific address.  ALL ITEMS NEED TO BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND WILL ONLY BE EXCEPTED IF THEY ARE UNOPENED AND UNUSED.
Merchandise is refundable if you return the items to us within 30 days of your receipt of the order. All non-defective items being returned must be in their original packaging and in "new/unused" condition. We will not accept returns of used, opened or washed bedding.
 
 All shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the shipping fees of non-defective returns. If by chance you receive an order that is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the merchandise. We will send you instructions for return of the defective item and send out a replacement.

Refunds on return products will be issued within 1-2 weeks of return of item. Please allow one billing cycle on your credit  card for the refund to reflect.

Shipping Rates:

We ship via common carriers, with Federal Express as our preferred method.  We ship weekdays M-F with the exception of major holidays only in the United States.  Please add $10 for shipment to Alaska and Hawaii.   .

 Most products are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground.  Please note the orders are shipped within 24hours of receiving the order. Please allow an additional 5 business days for in transit time once the order ships.

Delayed or Poor Quality Shipments:

• We will replace or refund any orders that are delayed or diminished in quality due to the following: carrier mis-sorts, mechanical delays, deliveries by the courier to an address other than what was on the shipping label.

• We cannot replace or refund any orders that include the following:
  • incorrectly submitted delivery information (by sender),
  • delayed delivery due to recipient unavailable to sign for the package when a signature is necessary,  such as an alcohol shipment.
  • diminished product quality due to recipient not available at time of delivery (e.g. fruit or chocolate was left on porch all day),
  • delivery to a hospital, company, etc., where the package was delivered to the facility on the scheduled date but the company's internal delivery service failed,
  • delivery to the correct address but it is later found out that the recipient had moved.
• If a submitted delivery address is incorrect, all guarantees on delivery, service, and product quality are invalid, and a replacement or refund, is not available.

Product Quality Concerns:

We back our customer's satisfaction 100%.  If it is determined that our customer is not 100% satisfied through circumstances directly related to our production and fulfillment process, we can either replace or refund the item in part or in its entirety depending upon the situation. 

Privacy Policy:

Your privacy is very important to us and we strive to make your shopping experience with us secure and safe.  We do not share any of the information provided by you with anyone.All the information provided to us is not shared or disclosed to anyone unless required by law.
